The pool(s) & spa areas were very nice and comfortable, as were the outdoor areas & open patios. The location, in the countryside but close to the highway is very convenient and relaxing. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.

I have traveled extensively for business, as well as for leisure. This was one of the quirkiest hotels, I have ever stayed in. It is a themed 'resort' with a cross between castle tunnels and neanderthal caves, with a serious '80's flare. The rooms were outdated, with limited amenities and uncomfortable beds. Overall the room rates and the restaurant were substantially overpriced for the quality of the property.

I have been at this hotel several times. It's good value for the money in a peaceful environment near Düsseldorf. A good place to stay unless you want to go out at night. The hotel restaurants are also good but not very cheap. The breakfast (included) is very good and the personnel are friendly and helpful.

Some of the single rooms are very small. It's ok for one night but if you stay longer ask for a bigger room. The bet quilts are heavy and to warm in summer time.

The views at this hotel were incredibly beautiful. Every staff member was efficient and excellent. the location was absolutely perfect—just off Düsseldorf as well as the airport. It was easily accessible by sbahn or taxi. the food was delicious, and I really enjoyed it. Everything was simply very good.

the hotel staff and the ambiance. The whole hotel had so much to offer visually. Around every corner was a surprise. One of the best we've had the opportunity of visiting. They catered to everyone even the smokers

carpet in the suit should be removed or at least replaced with tile.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel that oozed elegance and sophistication. The spacious rooms provided the perfect escape, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the various facilities available, including the stunning swimming pools and dance hall. The classic European style of the hotel created a truly enchanting atmosphere, and the excellent service made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, promptly providing a fan during the hot weather. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
